How It Works

You have selected to begin a new loan application. Click the New Application button below to get started!

Here's an overview of how simple and easy it is to apply online with Lisle Savings Bank. Please take a moment to read the Getting Prepared page to see what documents will be helpful to complete your loan application quickly and easily.

Begin Application- Begin by giving us some general information about your home financing needs.

Property Information - We ask for information about the property you want to purchase or refinance.

Borrower Information - You can securely provide information about yourself and others who will be applying for the loan. We require general information for each applicant, including Social Security numbers so we can gather credit information. This helps us to accurately evaluate which loan programs meet your financing needs.

Identification Information - To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:  When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Employment/Income - We gather general information about your employment and any other income you receive.

Assets/Liabilities - Depending on the type of loan you want, we might ask you to provide information about assets such as checking and savings accounts and personal property. We might also ask about current debt such as credit cards, installment loans, and mortgages.

Loan Selection- Based on the information you provide, we'll help you identify which or our mortgage loan programs are best for you.

Submit - The final step of the application process!

Please note that applications with less than a 20% down payment will not be accepted.  First Time Home Buyers require a minimum 10% down payment and are subject to the guidelines that are stated on our First Time Home Buyer Program page.
